Shipping and tracking
I know it comes from Ukraine but shipping and tracking of orders are abysmal. I have several knives from Beavercraft and they are adequate for beginners. The best thing is the tutorial instructions that they produce

Dear Edwin, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We appreciate your honesty and value your opinion as a loyal Beavercraft customer. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced with the shipping and tracking of your orders. We make every effort to make a quality product and ship it quickly. But unfortunately, not everything depends on us, and we cannot influence the process of delivery. We hope to see you again!

Amazing quality products and…
Amazing quality products and beautifully packaged (bought a lot at various times) Super responsive and friendly customer service, delivery a bit slow but what do you expect when it is coming from Europe (Ukraine no less!) If you want it faster, buy from them on amazon

We're delighted to hear that you find our products to be of fantastic quality and appreciate our careful packaging. We understand that international shipping can sometimes take a bit longer, especially when coming from a different continent, but we're glad to hear that you found our customer service team to be responsive and friendly.

BeaverCraft Knives Got Me Carving Again…
I stopped carving for 30 years and last year for my birthday my son surprised me with a set of carving knives from BeaverCraft. This spurred me back into carving! The knives are of exceptional quality, extremely good carbon steel blades that hold a sharp edge. I liked so much that I purchased another set of knives with a leather case. Since getting back into carving I have completed five birds and working on my sixth with many more projects in the wings.

Dear Michael, What a fantastic story! We're truly honored to have played a part in reigniting your passion for carving. It warms our hearts to hear that our BeaverCraft knives inspired you to pick up carving again after 30 years. Your description of our knives and your projects is truly inspiring. Thank you for choosing BeaverCraft, and happy carving!
