Please note that refunds for returned orders are processed after the parcel is delivered back to our warehouse and checked by our team. International returns can sometimes take additional time, and unfortunately this process is outside of our direct control. Delivery times may vary due to customs and postal services, which are unfortunately beyond our control. Regarding the extra payment, taxes and customs duties are set and collected by the receiving country, not by us. For EU orders, VAT (around 20%) may be charged upon delivery, and for orders of €150 or more, additional customs duties can apply.
