I received the carving knives kit I ordered. The knives were scattered around the box, one of them without the blade protection on, but the box was intact, so I don't feel the need to complain about that. Everything seemed fine, but when I tested the sharpness of the knives with a sheet of paper (and recorded it just in case) I found out they were not all razor sharp as described on their site. I tried to contact the costumer assistance to tell them about the sharpness, but I had to wait an avarage of half a month in between replies for them to not be helpful at all and It seemed like the answers they kept on giving me were just a copy and paste of what they answered previously, without addressing what I was saying. I don't have big complaints about the product and at the beginning It wasn't really a huge issue, but I don't appreciate the lack of assistance.

The knife is a great starter knife for my grandchild. I did finish the handles with some stain but that’s a personal choice. Only complaint was the tracking information. The knife did come quickly but the tracking wasn’t matching so didn’t really know when to expect it.

The carving tool that I purchased was of great quality as advertised

I waited a bit long for it to arrive, but when it did I was very pleased with it.

It is stated in the front page that delivery is free worldwide for purchases over 89 dollars. I received the parcel and had to pay thé delivery.... 44 euros. I contact the company who told me: that's the way it is! Great service !
