email communication was near to non when I ordered my product and shipping took longer than average, will most likely order from Nordstrom, Ulta or Sephora next time

Product is excellent as always. Through no fault of your company, the package arrived after three weeks. I called twice to check on delivery and report the delay, and each time received updates of the shipment. Very responsive customer service. They were prepared to send a new shipment when it finally arrived. I gather with both pandemic and Christmas this was unavoidable.

I have written reviews for Beauty Store Depot before, but I am happy to do it again. I buy from many online companies, but Beauty Store Depot is by far the best. The website is easy to navigate, the service is prompt, and delivery usually goes without a hitch. On the few occasions over the years that there has been a problem, however, the customer service that I have received has been amazing, and my issues have been quickly rectified. When you speak to Beauty Store Depot customer service representatives, you feel as if you are the only customer they have. They truly care, and I cannot praise them enough. I first came to Beauty Store Depot because their prices for my indispensable GM Collin products were the lowest online and their 20% off incentive promotions were frequent and site-wide. They still are. That would have been enough, but coupled with the best service I have found with any company for any type of product, it is a total win win situation. This was a quality product in original packaging. It arrived by USPS and worked as advertised. This is the first eye cream/ balm that has actually worked to reduce my puffy under eye bags and I have struggled with eye bags for 14 years( beginning post pregnancy). I will definitely buy this product again.
