I've had a look into the order and can see this was placed on July 9th after our 1pm cut off time. Therefore, the order wasn't dispatched until the next following business day. The order was delivered on the 15th of July which is within our regular timeframe as Saturday and Sunday are not classed as business days and express shipping is expected within 3-5 business days. We do state this in our 'delivery' section on our online help center. Our team has been in touch with you regarding this and provided a goodwill gesture to apologize for any disappointment and confusion caused here.
