We are sorry for the disappointment regarding our delivery service. I've had a look into your order and can see this was placed on July 20th and delivered to you on July 26th. Please note, our standard delivery service in the US is between 7-10 business days so this is well within our regular timeframe. If you would like a faster service, I'd suggest trying our express delivery option. However, we have certainly passed your comments along to the relevant departments to consider for future. Hi there, We are sorry for the troubles you have experienced with your recent Beauty Pie order. As you mentioned your order was marked delivered but you didn't receive it, we do require you to fill out a form in which we can then claim this back with the courier. After receiving this, our team arranged a replacement to be shipped out. However, it looks like this was possibly marked delivered incorrectly as it was then delivered to you a few days later in which you contacted us. Thank you for getting in touch about this! Instances like this are rare and is certainly not our usual delivery experience. As the replacement was already dispatched, we weren't able to cancel this and therefore another order was shipped out. Our team asked you to kindly refuse the parcel at the time of delivery as this will then automatically be shipped back to us. We also provided you with a discount on your next order with us to apologize for this. It appears you were able to refuse the parcel and the order has been shipped back. I am sorry to hear you no longer wish to use this service due to this situation. I have certainly passed your feedback along to the relevant departments to consider for future.
