This is an awesome site to try new products and experiment without a huge outlay of cash. The site is excellent in explaining why a product is chosen and what the benefits are. I only gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because the site/membership is somewhat confusing. L

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! We apologise for not getting back to your sooner. To clarify, as we are an online service, our memberships are virtual and we therefore don't send out a physical card to you. We hope this helps to explain!

I am a new member, but I am happy so far. There are 2 items that I received in my first email that I won't use though . They are not what I wanted. They are the pro strobe luminizer and the one powder wonder are both too shiney for me. They make my face look too greasy/shiney

So far I love the products. I find the shopping experience a little confusing but I will probably get used to it.

I like the price and some products thy have but I am concerned about the 10 dollar daily membership they make you buy and supposed to have a thirty day trail but yet they making me pay 87 dollars when I suppose to have a hundred dollars in my gift bag
Response from Beauty Pie™ - USAMar 3, 2021
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are sorry to hear of your concerns. Whilst we do occasionally offer a 'First Month Free' promotion, all of our memberships do then have a minimum term of three months (please be assured that this does include the free month!). Essentially, by purchasing your membership and becoming a member with us, you are then able to purchase our Products at our Member's Prices. The spending allowance that comes with your membership ($100 in this case) restricts the number of products you can purchase at any one time, as the Typical Price of the products you are purchasing will be deducted from your allowance upon checkout. We hope this helps to explain, our Customer Service Team are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have if you reach out to us via Phone, Email or Live Chat.

I have ordered a lipstick and never received it. I have contacted your company several times regarding my order but no one has gotten back to me and my credit card was charged but no items were received. I will have to pursue this with my bank and put a fraud Alert on your website and get my money back at this point because no one cares to refund or send my purchased item.

Not intuitive. Doesn’t let you upgrade if you have a gift membership. Doesn’t let you sign up to take a new membership
Response from Beauty Pie™ - USAJan 13, 2021
Hello, I apologize for any confusion caused with regards to our memberships. On our gift memberships, as you pay for this upfront unfortunately we do not have the option to upgrade this. However, you can upgrade on our monthly and annual tiers! Please be aware, you may only have one membership activated under your email address on your account, therefore if you wish to open a second account you would have to use an alternative email address. If you are having issues joining on a new membership, please send an email to [email protected] and we would me more than happy to help sort this out for you. Take care, BEAUTY PIE.
