I have been with BeautyPie for 5 months. This is truly a fantastic company! The products are comparable to high end brands in my experience and the prices are amazing. I can now purchase so many more products than I used to. I used to wait for holiday deals with lancome and other department store brands and even then I would pay a couple hundred dollars for sometimes only a few skincare products. I was really skeptical when I signed up and started with a 20 dollar membership. I loved the products so much that the next month I bumped up to the 40 dollar membership and the month after, to the max! ☺

I have sensitive skin and was a bit nervous of using retinol. After reading many reviews of Beauty Pie Super retinol products, I decided to give it a try. It’s amazing. I have no irritations at all, and feel it’s working. My skin is softer, smoother and the most important thing to me is it helps smoothing my smile lines.

The absolute best quality I have ever used in skincare products—at a super low price! I usually get my face care products from Nordstroms, Sephora, and Ulta, but after trying BeautyPie for 2 months (and trying about 15 different products) Im not going back to $100 for an ounce of face cream. The JapanFusion line is my fave, and my skin’s texture is smoother and clearer now. The customer service is very pleasant, and you can email them for questions and book a free 1:1 consultation with one of their skincare experts to develop a regimen that suits your needs!

Customer serivce needs to be better taking care of things. I sent a facebook message and called about receiving body scrub with hair in it. Someone called and i missed it end of story. We are all busy. I dont run beauty pie to chase people around. I MADE CONTACT TWICE and had nothing fixed or replaced or offered to be replaced either.

So far, so good. I started using this after my girlfriend had been raving about it for the entire terrible year of 2020. She said she got rid of her post-pregnancy melasma using it and had reduced the appearance of lines and her skin looked better than ever before. I was skeptical because the membership model is weird, but I tried it out and came across an article about the founder in the NYTimes that gave me insight into how it works and why it works that way. So far the products seem way more high quality than any other that I have used (Clinique, Origins) and if nothing else they smell really nice. It is cheaper in the long run than department store stuff... I've not been using it but a month now but it is not a scam or anything else that you need to be weary of.

I joined thinking this was smart after reading a positive article in The New York Times. However, I have canceled my new suscription after reading the reviews. Yes, many are glowing reports but I always take reviews with a grain of salt as people who are complaining about minor issues. If there are too many highly scored ones I also am suspicious as some will likely be prepaid or fake. However, there appears to be a serious and valid problem with the COST of shipping and also the DELAYS in delivering products. That is a serious infrastructure problem. Who needs the hassle of delayed shipments and excessive mailing charges? I will check in about six months to see if the company has improved in this area. Buyer Beware still holds true.

So far I like the skin care. The makeup is good but there are several packaging issues with different items. Shipping fees definitely need to be eliminated as that should be covered with the upfront member fees. The skin, body and haircare are on par with how much they’d normally cost most anywhere and don’t feel like a discount especially when shipping fees are factored in. They do seem good quality and effective though. The makeup is cheaper, for the most part and decent. I’d recommend this program to anyone needing a cosmetic overhaul as the value is there. If you already have an abundance and need just skin care, I’d say don’t buy it for the cost value, buy it only if you like, need and use the products. Candles and perfume are not of any discount at all.

I would have given beauty pie 4 or possibly even 5 stars. Their products are very good quality with some products being a little small but mostly of average size. Shipping was above average speed. However, I have asked customer service repeatedly the cancel my account & to stop charging my account every month. This "pandemic" has has been tough on my industry & I have lost my job because of it. Beauty pie is still making monthly charges to my account & it looks like I may be forced to take legal action against them. Too bad, I really did live the products
