Regarding the Membership tiers, essentially each tier comes with a set 'spending allowance' each month. This ranges from £/$50 all the way up to £/$500 and this is based on the Typical Price of our products. Your spending allowance restricts the amount of products you can purchase at a time, as each time you purchase a product at our Member's Price, the Typical Price of this will be deducted from your spending allowance. So the higher the tier you are on, the more spending allowance you receive and therefore the more products you can purchase in one go! Of course if you are on a lower tier, you can let your allowance build up from month to month to enable you to place a larger order, as any unused balance will roll over automatically. Hi Dorothy, thanks for your honest review! The spending limit on your account will remain available to you for as long as the membership is active, so to save on shipping costs you can hold off from ordering for a few months and place one large order! Kind regards, BEAUTY PIE

We really appreciate your feedback regarding the spending allowance. As with most membership models, the higher the tier you are on, the greater the perks and in our case, the more products you can purchase at any one time! You can choose to upgrade your account if you wished to receive a higher spending limit. If you have completed your three month minimum term, we can then downgrade you again at anytime!
