Wonderful products and a great selection at real savings. I think I may have found my new favorite fragrance here. So glad the items are all cruelty-free! Best part is the Customer Service team: responsive, helpful and extremely courteous.

Some products worked for me, others did not. Biggest complaint is the order to delivered time. With the pandemic and inclement weather I fully expect delays and not assuming these will ship the fastest. My first order took two weeks alone in shipping with no winter storm. My recent box was delayed by the storm and was another two weeks in transit. It’s a difficult shipping time but for me and paying a shipping fee with every box for this and in comparing with my other packages, it’s not working out for me. Maybe in the future at a better logistics time but not continuing for now.

Thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate hearing your honest feedback. Unfortunately, our US warehouse along with our delivery service Fedex has experienced delays due to the current weather conditions across the US which unfortunately is out of our control. We are sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused you. However, I have passed your feedback along to all relevant departments to consider for future. Kind regards, BEAUTY PIE.

I finally received my first order 19 days after placing the order. That in itself is disturbing. Nothing should take almost 3 weeks to travel across country. Almost as disturbing was their attitude about it. I know once it leaves their facility it's a shipper issue, but change shippers. This is not an uncommon problem......read the reviews (which I did not before I joined, that's on me). I decided to place a second order to see if maybe the second time was better. That was 7 days ago and it's been sitting in PA since Thursday of last week. About the products.......the products I received I really like. They seem to be good quality, it's not been long enough to know how they're working but so far so good. Now, what? I'm a typical American.....I want my stuff fast. 9.00 shipping for three weeks, that's not a value. I'm not sure what I will do. For now, I'm not recommending Beauty Pie to friends. **UPDATE** The products are phenomenal. Everything I have purchased I have loved. BUT the shipping time is unacceptable. I have placed 4 orders, the first almost 3 weeks, the next 3 have been 2+ weeks. Unless they start offering better shipping options I am not going to continue. Too bad.

Such a brilliant idea for a company: I am sort of stunned no one's run with this before. The products are excellent so far and I'm very impressed by the quality and luxe feel.
