I love this company. I was sceptical at first, but it’s been around a while and a friend was raving about their products, so I have it a try. It’s such a clever business idea. The customer service is second to none - just check their social media, they have created a really supportive online community. Do I love every product? Absolutely not, but I don’t from any company. Have I found some absolute gems? 100%! I have found a cheaper and better replacement for some key products in my routine, and it’s saved me a lot of money overall. Would recommend

Since using this product, I have a noticeable improvement in my skin quality. Less outbreaks and smoother. I'm not one for leaving feedback, but this product really has been a game changer and I wouldn't be without it now.

The products range from so-so to really good. Their whole pricing model and buying into a monthly maximum purchase cap is frustrating and confusing. Their shipments are almost always quite delayed to the point of assuming they are lost in transit. And they have very little/no customer service. You send an email into the void and wait. The online chat is a bot that only returns non-helpful FAQs, as if customers haven't already reviewed them. Overall, it's pricey and the list prices are way over-inflated from what similar products actually sell for.

With regards to our business model, you will pay into a monthly or annual membership to access our products at the members prices! Each membership comes with an allotted spending allowance and each product displays a typical price and a members price on site. The typical price of the product will deduct from your spending allowance, and you then pay for the product at the members price along with shipping. Our typical prices are benchmarked against similar products made in the same factories using the same or similar formulations and ingredients. Our customer service team works across the UK and the US and are online from 8am - 8pm during the different time zones. If you haven't had a response from us within 48 hours of sending your email, it sounds like we haven't received it I am afraid. We are also active on our social platforms, if you are having issues reaching us you can always send a direct message to our social channels and someone from our team with be sure to respond back to you. I would suggest trying to clear your cookies and cache in your browser settings, or try using an alternative browser to make a payment. If you are experiencing fraud warnings on your account, it sounds like your bank may be blocking the charge. If you can get in touch with them to approve the charge you shouldn't have any any troubles placing the order. I'm a product junkie and a marketer's dream. Beauty Pie was made for me. I started monthly and in less than 3 months upped the ante to $150/month. So far I love all of the luxe skincare products I've ordered. Great makeup products are the Flash False Lash Mascara (love the little brush) and the Supercolour Kohl Eyeliner - way better than Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner that I was using previously. Like many other reviews, I'm hoping the shipping will improve but it is completely worth the wait!

New to BeautyPie—love the products (especially the perfumes!) but delivery times are terrible (2+weeks). I recognize the pandemic and winter weather in the US, but I’ve placed orders with other companies and have had no issues.
