I can't say enough wonderful things about Beauty Pie. The products I've purchased haven't all worked for me, but the ones that have I truly love, and the best thing is I can try something and not feel horrible if it doesn't work. It is simply a genius idea, and I will be a customer as long as The Pie exits. And I LOVE the new membership level without a monthly allowance- simply perfect!!

I bought lipstick from you. The cases are messed up and won't close. I sent an email consering this problem. Have not received a adequate responce. Since the cases will not close properly the lipstickes will dry out. Not what I want to happen.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're sorry to hear you've experienced this issue with the Lipstick you recently received, we can appreciate the disappointment caused by this. We would be more than happy to investigate this in further detail if you could please provide us with a photo of the quality issue along with the batch number. Once we have this information we can raise this directly with our Quality Assurance Team.

Been a customer for over a year & don't order often. When I do its for numerous candles. ALWAYS POOR packing. NEVER padding in box to prevent items from shifting around. Thin honeycomb wrapping on each is not enough protection. Last order had a broken candle. Cancelled my subscription.

Thank you for leaving a review, we are very sorry to hear that your candles arrived in this condition, this of course does not sound like our usual quality. Please feel free to email us photos of this at [email protected] so we can further investigate.

Not only does my skin look and feel phenomenal because of Beauty Pie, but so does my teenage sons (plural!)! I imagine that women are the target audience for Beauty Pie, but it’s great for teenage boys too! My boys use Japan Fusion every single night and they are escaping the usual teen acne that boys their age usually face. So Beauty Pie, when you see an order for 10 Japan Fusion cleansers being ordered, just know that we are having some great Mom and Son(s) face washing dates!

I love Beauty Pie I get high end dollar products that are good for my skin at a fraction of the price what more could you ask for when pampering and taking care of your skin.
