I love Beauty Pie and have been a very happy and delighted member for years and recommended it to many friends. The only thing that I wish that you would consider is the scale of your packaging. I feel that I have to recycle a hell of a lot of unnecessary materials from my orders and I wish that wasn't the case. Beauty Pie is always at the forefront and I know that the products are luxury - but I think consumers need more action from all of the brands that we love on this issue. Otherwise keep up the good work!

The products are amazing! The shopping experience is a little overwhelming, and shipping is slow. Now that I've received my first order and used the products for a bit, I can definitely say I'll order more and can't wait to try more of what Beauty Pie has to offer -- but I'll also be prepared to wait nearly 2 weeks for items to arrive. It would also be helpful if the website offered a little better (clearer) info on which products are best suited for which skin types and desired outcomes -- I'm very happy w/ the products I selected, but honestly I still wonder if there are products BP offers that are better suited to my needs.
