So far everything I’ve tried has been very good and feels very high end. The prices are amazing! I’m so glad I found beauty pie!

When my order arrived the box was damaged. I had assumed this happened during transit. However, while opening the box I discovered that it had been taped back together. As if someone in the factory had decided to pick a ripped, damage box out of the trash and tape it back together. 2 items in the box were damaged enough that I decided to reach out to customer service. The packaging on the rest of the items was slightly damaged as well, but not enough to bring to customer services attention. The associate I spoke with regarding the damaged items was great, they are sending me replacements for the 2 damaged items I messaged them about (which wasn’t my goal when I reached out, I just wanted to bring the issue to someone’s attention). I did place my order on or around Black Friday, so I am hoping this is an isolated incident that resulted from BP staff having a higher than normal volume of orders to fill. I will continue to order my favorites from BP, however it’s worth noting that if this had been my first order (which it wasn’t) I likely would not be willing to place future orders.

Everything I have brought from beauty pie has been exceptional quality. I have brought many skin care products, bath and shower and body products as well as candles and hair products. All have been great.

All of the products that I have purchased from BP I have liked. The skin care items I have not used enough to know if they deliver what is claimed. I have looked closely at ingredients, it seems the skin care items are more top shelf than the cosmetic or makeup products. Example the eyeshadow sticks are a close match if not exact match to the Kiko Milano brand that is about the same price as members pay and are cheaper when on sale. People are only assuming the makeup is a “dupe” of higher end products. The one product the wand highlight is similar to a certain UK luxury makeup artist brand. I am not sure about any other products. While I do like the under eye genius, it is not similar to the brand that went out of business that everyone loved. It is also overly luminous for mature skin. The candles are amazing. I have only tied the flight but I have a full sized one coming. The Bal whatever the rest of the name is (I apologize) is MAGICAL! I want everything I own to smell like that. Make a laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets in this scent. Goes without saying we need bath salt, body wash, bath oil, lotion, hair care and a perfume in this glorious scent that I don’t know the name of. I would love to know the correct pronunciation of this fragrance. I am so happy for this opportunity because I have been wanting to suggest that you make a lash growth serum that works as well as Revitalash. It’s so expensive, but it works. Also the electronic gadgetry that actually work, offered at an affordable price range would be commendable. Those electrical current gadgets and the light masks. I have purchased the perfume sample set and 3 full sized. I didn’t like the Red Apple Peony. I don’t smell apple at all. I have the Orange Absolute in full size and frankly I hate it. Not enough citrus, very soapy. I do like Love and the Mandarin fragrance. The mandarin is my favorite. I have the SP body wash, it’s okay, not sure I would repurchase. Here’s why, my favorite body wash is Bliss Lemon&Sage and it’s available in a 32 oz. pump. It leaves my body feeling more hydrated, it smells better, and the big sturdy pump container is superior. I like a zingy citrus fresh green ginger type scent in the mornings. At night, I want a musky, sexy yet calming scent, everyone thinks lavender but it’s overly used and not special enough, maybe a hint of lavender with some other sultry scents would be a night time bathers dream. I am looking forward to trying more products as time progresses. What I am most unhappy with BP is my first order came so, so quickly the more orders I make the slower the shipping is. Now I see it’s coming DHL, I hate DHL almost a deal breaker. DHL is the slowest shipping on earth, now if this was reflected in the cost then I would not be unhappy but let us be real BP’s shipping is expensive. As you can tell I LOVE sharing my thoughts and experiences with products. I wish I had this opportunity more often.

products are hit or miss - some are great, some our lousy. the products that are wonderful are MORE than worth their price. but for the lousy products, they are unusable and therefore a waste of money. their "no return" policy (for things other than defects) is a turn off and is a reason why i didnt continue after the trial membership.

I really love the products at Beauty Pie and the prices are out of this world. The only reason it's not 5 star is because a good number of products come in plastic bottles. It'd be great if there were more planet-friendly options to choose from. I'd pay a bit more for those products.
