It is very difficult to use this website. Although I had already become a subscriber, I was unable to log in and make further purchases. Is there an easier/ more direct way for me to log in?

Hi Lynette, thank you for leaving your honest review and I am really sorry to hear the troubles you have had with signing in. If you are using a laptop to access the website, when you reach the site there will be a little human figure on the top right hand side that you can click on which will bring you to the login page. I have linked this page here: https://www.beautypie.com/us/login?redirectTo=%2Fus To login to your account on a mobile phone, you just need to click onto the three lines at the top left which will display a drop down menu and there will be an option to sign in. You will have to ensure you are on the correct US site rather than the UK webpage otherwise it won't recognize your account. To check you are on the correct site, you can scroll to the bottom of the website page and you will see a small US flag. If it shows a UK flag, you can click on the drop down to switch to the appropriate site.
