Worst company ever!!
Worst company ever! Save your money. They offer absolutely no refunds or returns if you've tried anything. I've never purchased cosmetics from a company online where they did not offer a money back guarantee or at least an exchange. Its hard to color match online. Not only that but I tried several times to reach out and received nothing but an automated bot response. Try Bobbi Brown I received excellent products & free returns with a full refund for the items that didn't work out after I tried them!

We don't currently have an exchange program in place and we do state on our help center page and terms and conditions on site that unfortunately we don't accept returns on products that have been opened or used. However, we do offer shade matching with our team experts who can help suggest the most suitable shades for you based on the current products you have. We do also offer complimentary virtual consultations with our skin experts to help create a routine for you and pick out the best products for your skin type and concerns.
