Shipping took awhile, order missing a product, but customer service was quick to respond and resolve, did not like the stickiness left by Japanfusion, love the lipstick.

I'm a skin and hair care junky - I love trying new brands and products and am always on the hunt for a new holy grail product. I had been stalking Beauty Pie for awhile and decided to try their 30 day free access pass. I ordered about $150 worth of products for myself and ordered the Japanfusion starter kit for my mother-in-law to try. I was pretty underwhelmed with all of my purchases. I felt the packaging was disappointing (for example I ordered a spray and it sprayed in big clumps instead of a fine mist) and the products were very average. Most disappointing though was that they do not offer free returns (you have to pay return shipping). While I VERY rarely return anything when spending that kind of money I want risk free shopping. I canceled my free trial.
