Like all the products so far but too soon for detailed comments.

I ordered exactly what I needed at this time and received everything very nicely packed. However, they were advertising that you would receive a free gift. I did not receive any gift with my order. They were showing a special product for your feet. I was looking forward to trying it.

Pretty disappointed that Beauty pie did not send me the free gift as advertised when I signed up back in June. Then when I contacted support via chat, the code they finally provided did not work. I had to contact support via chat a second time and then they said they couldn't provide a code because something was messed up on their end, but I could buy it and I would get refunded and abruptly ended the chat. While this would indeed get the same results, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt it was almost a bait and switch offer. The experience was highly lacking as a first time customer.

Great quality products for less than half the price. I have been over the moon with everything I have purchased. The packed comes in a cute box and everything is wrapped so nicely!

I ordered something online that apparently was out of stock - but I was only told that AFTER I emailed them to let them know the item wasn't included in my order. It was only at that point that my purchase was refunded. Super frustrating - it sold out in the time from my order until I notified them it wasn't included.
