I love Beauty Pie but their shipping takes longer than most online retailers in my experience. Also they DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Great product, my favorite moisturizer. One less star because the boxes you ship in are oftentimes so outlandishly huge for the small amount of items inside, it’s just a total waste of resources. With the zillions of people around the world using up (and wasting) resources, I find this unnecessary and worrisome. You can do better.

I love the product but shipping is so slow.

I never received my item. With promises of expedited shipping and countless other emails asking for my review of my item I still don't have it. Quite obvious there's no coordinated effort at the company. Every time I send an email about my issue someone else gets back to me (eventually). I want a refund and please just cancel my trial membership. It's been nothing but a headache.

Quick shipping.. great products. I like everything I've tried. The enzyme scrub is awesome!
