Hi there, Thank you for sharing your review. I had a look into the order you placed on November 22nd and can see this was dispatched on the 22nd and appears to be in transit for delivery. Please note, our standard delivery time in the US is 7-10 business days. Therefore, this is still within our normal timeframe. The tracking link will update shortly with an estimated delivery date. Please note, we advised this process can take between 14-21 business days when we authorized your return which was processed the same day you contacted us. As this was set up on the 21st of November, please allow for a little more time for this to be processed and inspected at our warehouse.
