2 orders and both had missing items due to inaccurate inventory. Out of stock email after purchase was made. I’m being generous with stars because at least I was notified before I received my delivery.

I have wanted to join Beauty Pie for quite a while and am glad I finally did. My first purchase was a skincare kit. It took about ten days to get in the mail. Each product was full sized, they were also mild on my skin which is sensitive. A few days later I ordered a shampoo and conditioner which I used today. Very nice results, again full size containers! Products are affordable and worth our snail mail this time of year.

i love beauty pie. the quality of the products is top notch. 98% of the time i am hugely happy with my purchases. the only issue is not being able to return fragrance. i make every attempt to read the description & all of the reviews, yet despite this, i could DESPISE a fragrance (like vanille nue - right in the garbage). there should be a way to get a sample of all fragrances on an individual basis (i do not want to purchase half a dozen fragrances i have no interest in). please figure out a way for customers to sample fragrances.

Love the body cream, smells amazing, and lip gloss, they sent me when I signed up for 3 month membership. Will order more from them.
