Have tried only a couple of products, but so far so good! Look forward to exploring more with my introductory membership. Also, shipping was fast.

Just joined Beauty Pie for a free 60 days trial. I ordered a few items including hair accessories and hair products, lipsticks, blush, and vitamins to give it all a try. So far I am very happy with all the products. My only disappointment was that in neither orders I received my gifts that I was promised. Had to call when I was also missing a product that was out of stack and was not informed prior to my delivery. Other than having to call and following up on the non-delivered items, I am looking forward to continuing loving all their products. It just makes sense to find all the necessary beauty products all in one place at a good price and best quality.

I enjoy my BP products and feel like they’re great value. I have only needed to contact the support team a couple of times, the team is always very responsive and resolves any question or issue promptly. I feel like they go above and beyond.

Beauty Pie has some of the industry leading formulas offered at better than drugstore prices. I have only had an issue with the product twice, and this is after countless orders. Both times the product damage was a result of the shipping and Beauty Pie was quick to make it right. Take my money, Beauty Pie….its always such a phenomenal experience.

I do like BP and have been a member for years, but they've raised their prices significantly lately, and shipping takes forever.

The products are terrific. The survey/quiz was concise and helped me to select some great products. The prices are very good. I love Beauty Pie!

If there was one thing I would love to see improve at Beauty Pie, it’s the shipping process. I purchase most of my face, bath, and vitamin products from this subscription and it usually takes over 7 days to arrive. After the handoff from DHL to USPS, I no longer see accurate arrival info. That said, I have really been loving the innovations in product recently. The latest addition to the Youth Bomb line is amazing, it really smoothed out the texture in my 46 year old skin! I can’t wait to get my hands on the new light mask. My personal hope is that they will please bring back the ballad en foret scent and body wash! I check the site once a week to see if it’s back in stock.
