The quality of skincare is amazing. Prices beat everyone. I get more compliments now on my skin than I did using Zo products. My only wish is that shipping would be a little faster

It's been days since I heard from customer service. Also, no working number to connect with a live person. I've asked for a refund for an order placed on the 17th of December that hasn't arrived and if it were to arrive, I cannot receive it because i'm out of the country. Extremely disappointed with the difficulty of getting customer service to connect with me and once they do, no response or solution to my problem.

Formulations of the lipsticks and pencils are lovely, but the colours of both are far to orange for me to wear.

I love this nighttime moisturizer. It absorbs quickly and its scent is perfect for putting me in sleep mode. I awake to skin that looks and feels refreshed.

I liked the Super Retinol pretty well, but I started seeing a dermatologist and products I’m using are all prescription. I may be wrong, but when I started using your Super Retinol, I thought the price was $18 each, and now it’s $32! BIG jump!
