I ordered an item that I had seen from a YouTube influencer. I was excited to try it. Ordered the Light/Medium, received the Medium/Deep. First order, 1 item, and it was wrong… Back and forth on emails, and still waiting for the item I ordered.

I’m so bummed because I was really looking forward to being a Beauty Pie member. I have never had such a difficult time color matching and when I received my products I was so even able to use them the colors were so off. I also chose the trial membership because of the guarantee that it was very east to cancel. Well it’s not!! I’m still not able to cancel and I feel very taken advantage of. I hate writing bad reviews, but I’m hoping this will help others as well as give Beauty Pie the chance to fix what I’m sure they are not aware of what’s broken.

It’s too soon to say how I like the products I ordered. The shipping time was extremely long. It took two weeks for me to receive my package. I know whenever something is shipped DHL it’s going to take forever. If the products are good, I will continue to order, but wanted to make sure someone knows that this is definitely a factor in my satisfaction.

LOVE!!! Everything from product quality, product, packaging, to the actual packages that the products came in. And the prices!! I am definitely hooked on beauty pie!

Im a new beauty pie customer. I placed my first order and somehow, despite looking over my items before I hit purchase I managed to purchase a product and the color was not the color I needed. When the package arrived I opened the box and saw the color of the product in the pot and immediately knew I accidentally ordered the wrong color. Well, I went through the process of starting a return. I wanted to do an exchange. I naively took for granted that when I paid for a membership to a beauty company the least I would be able to do was exchange and send the product of the wrong color back and get the right color. Well, to my disbelief, because I was honest and truthful and said up front that I opened the box, I was told I not only couldn't do an exchange but I couldn't even get my money back and order the right product color once the refund was issued. I won't be continuing to use this company and that is too bad because It seems they have products I would use. But in today's excess of buying and lack of attention to detail, the world uses for everything. When I see how many companies ship out the wrong items all the time and the customer (me) and I have to eat the costs on my end (prices going up) because companies don't hold the employees who pack wrong orders accountable and do what businesses have been doing for decades which is write the employee up and if the employee doesn't do better then the company should do what has been done for decades which lay that employee off for not being able to do the tasks of a job. but instead, the employee gets to keep their job, my prices go up while the employees make ridiculous salaries or hourly wages, and everyone but me keeps on moving. When I find a company that isn't willing to work with their customers ESPECIALLY one who pays to be a member and to buy products at a better price when the customer still wants to do business with them, I can't support this type of thing. I am human and from time to time I can admit I make mistakes. If the tables were turned and Beauty Pie sent the wrong products or too many products I would extend the courtesy of alerting them of THEIR mistake and work to make it right. It's a sad world I live in that it's this way. It is what it is.

I love all the products that I purchased. I also bought some skincare for my daughter and she love it as well. I will definitely be buying the membership
