Really bummed with my experience this time! I paid $30+ for the expedited shipping option on my most expensive Beauty Pie order to date, and it’s been 10 business days of waiting. It is now the first week of January and I have yet to receive this order I placed hoping to surprise family for the holidays. I also followed up with a BP team member, and received no response. Love the products, though. 🥲

The products are good quality and well priced, I wish there were more fragrance free options.

I deeply appreciate the diversity of products available and the affordable pricing. The packaging is luxurious. The descriptions and the layout of the website are well done. Having the reviews easily accessible is efficient. I know that the social media content includes how to use the products and how to combine them for the best results. I wish the website included those videos as well.

Products seem great though I haven’t had much time yet to use them. The only issue was delayed shipping. In the end it all worked out but it took myself and I’m assuming a few others to take time to get things moving.

The quality of the products, the value, and the incredibly supportive team. You can tell the team at Beauty Pie truly love where they work and what they do. They are completely product and customer focused.
