I am new to Beauty Pie and YES, it's true - the products are glorious and the whole concept is addicting. I'm hooked and ready for my next fix!

There are ALOT of new products that get launched in a lot of different categories. I would prefer if BP stuck to general skincare and makeup products. Too many products and it's hard to choose what to spend money on (especially with new things). I signed up since as a buyers club the number of members is suppose to help reduce the cost of products. However, the cost of products that I got at the beginning is more than when I started. This is disappointing. I am trying to save money by being a member. I really like the occasional deals when you order a certain amount you get a free product. I have found some fav products that I wouldn't have typically thought to buy for myself but ended up loving (for example, the tubing mascara and plantastic face oil). I have considered ending my membership, but there are some products that I'm not sure I can part with (such as hyaluronic acid serum).

Sadly I don’t love the product I got. The under eye genius in the lightest shade The ads said how smoothly it applied and it was very dry to go on not hydrating and didn’t cover my dark circles well. I ordered the next shade up despite the shade chart telling me I would be the lightest shade. But ordering was easy and delivery was quick!

Products are excellent quality with great prices. My only issue is with their return policy. The return window is very short (I travel alot, making it difficult to make any necessary returns within the time allowable), and products can't be returned if opened... how else am I supposed to know if an item is good for me or not??

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and submitted cases that keep referring me back to the website which is not working. My card continues to be charged with no resolution. This is exactly why I’ll never sign up for another membership
