I am afraid at this time we don't accept returns on used or opened products which we do state in our terms and conditions as well as our help center pages on site. I had a look into your correspondence and can see we confirmed there was a technical issue with the code we provided you which we had raised with our team. This code was to order a different shade for free as we appreciate the one you tried wasn't quite right. Typically, the codes are very easy to apply and don't cause any issues. As the code was giving you issues at checkout, our team arranged for this product to be shipped out to you instead so you didn't have to wait for the technical issue to be fixed. I can confirm this is not a scam and our team resolved your issue over email.
