Hi there, Thank you for sharing your review. Please note, we have two options on site when purchasing this product. You can buy the concealer on its own or you can purchase this with the Pro Blending Concealer Brush! You can also purchase this brush separately if you wish to try this out with the concealer you already have. I apologize for any confusion caused by this! I am afraid at this time we don't offer returns on products that have been opened or used. It appears our team provided you with a discount code to purchase something else to try if you wish as we understand this product didn't quite work for you. Just so you are aware, it appears you purchased this item as a non member with us. We do currently have our free trial running at this time which allows you to shop the products at our members prices. Therefore, this product would be $14.00 as a member with us instead of the typical value of $30.00. Our free trial can be cancelled at anytime and allows those to try our products out and receive some advice on a suitable routine to try.
