I've liked the products I've purchased so far BUT the ones I joined Beauty Pie to try are all sold out with no timing for when or if they'll be back. I also joined using a link from an email that was supposed to included a free gift with my 60-dat trial membership. But when I checked out the gifts weren't included and customer service said they run several different promotions daily so unfortunately they couldn't honor it. And shipping takes a long time. I'm on the fence here. Great products, but not all available and customer service that's iffy. I'll stick with them a bit longer, but time will tell.

Our team at [email protected] can certainly confirm any back in stock dates for our products. If you provide your email on the product page, you will be notified of when this specific product is available to purchase again. Our team typically will update the product page with an estimated back in stock date, however if you don't see one on site, it is possible the back in stock date hasn't been confirmed quite yet. As for the promotions you mentioned, I had a look into the correspondence and can see unfortunately the free gift offer you were referring to is for members only. At the time, you were a new joining member so unfortunately it wasn't redeemable on your account as it was your first order with us. However, now that you are a member you will have access to all of our member promotions. I apologize for any confusion caused with our promotions. Make sure you are opted into our marketing emails you will be notified of all running promotions! Our standard shipping in the US does take 7-10 business days and our express shipping is 3-5 business days. I will certainly pass your feedback along to our team.
