So far, I really like the three products I have ordered or been gifted. However, the shipping seems slow.

Absolutely love the Under-eye Genius. Bought the Med/Deep for my fair olive complexion and it’s perfect!!! Never had anything work this Well. Also purchased the Dr Glycolic Pads and love them but only twice a week - they mean business. What I think needs work is the shipping. It’s an issue. I waited 2 weeks for my products. I’m in the US.

I ordered wondercolor soft matte liquid lipstick to replace the discontinued lip stain in the color fine romance. It is not nearly as moist and I find it quite drying. I wish the old product would come back.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your honest review. I am sorry this didn't quite have the results you were hoping for. This is a new formula that is different to the lip product you are referring to in 'Fine Romance.' You may like to use a bit of our collagen lip oil on top if you would like to add some shine and hydration! However, we have passed your comments over to our product development team to consider for future. Best wishes, Ivy from Member Happiness Beauty Pie

Makes it impossible to return products if you’re not happy with them because you can’t test any of them before you return. If anything is opened or used it’s not returnable and then if they don’t accept the return they don’t even ship it back to you the “discard” it. Which I’m sure is sanitize and re-sell. Especially for something you are paying $50 for a membership seems a little excessive.

Hi there, Thank you taking the time to share your feedback on our returns policy. Our current returns policy can be found on the website here - https://beautypiehelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014621880-CAN-I-RETURN-A-BEAUTY-PIE-ITEM-IF-I-DON-T-LIKE-IT When submitting a return request we do require the condition of the items to be stated, as our warehouse can only pass returns inspections on items returned in their original condition. We don't currently offer the option to purchase 'lightly used' products on the website and have no plans to do so, however I will be sure to share this feedback with the wider teams. Best wishes, Emma Member Happiness Team Beauty Pie
