Beauty Pie™ - USAReviews of beautypie.com

I have been a consumer of beauty products for years- high end and drugstore brands and I am so impressed with this company. The quality of your products are outstanding and shipping time is great. The membership is absolutely worth it. So far I have tried the Sam Chapman makeup, Healthy Hair Shampoo and Conditioner, Aromatherapy bath and shower oils and several fragrances. All outstanding.

The lipstick I purchased broke the 2nd time I used it, so I contacted customer service. They were very responsive and brought my issue to the Quality department. In the end, I received a new lipstick, so I am happy with the result.

Products are super and are a great value

The product came in a beautiful package. Love the colors of the nail polishes. Overall, a very good experience.

I have had nothing short of a fabulous experience with Beauty Pie. I have ordered 3 times now and deliveries have arrived within about a week. Have all the products worked for me? No, but for me, there has been something to love about every product. The textures, the performance, it feels like luxury. Could the company improve in some areas? Absolutely! But it feels like they listen to feedback they receive in the reviews and they reformulate products based on what they hear. So far, I am impressed and I will continue trying their other products.

Love the products! Luxe and well priced.

BP's customer service is truly exceptional. Their quick response and focus on delivering results are commendable. They have a personal touch in their business dealings, and they follow through on their promises. When I requested a refund, the credit was promptly processed and appeared in my account the very next day. I hope they stay that way as I love both products I purchased from them.

Fast delivery, great product, hydrating and velvety, definitely recommend!!
