Hi there, Thank you for sharing your honest review and we are sorry to hear this product didn't give you the results you were hoping for. The socks work by exfoliating the outer layers of hard dead skin which is broken down by the acid. It is normal for the skin to feel dry or tight after using the socks as this is apart of the peeling process. It also depends on how much dead skin is on your feet to begin with - some people find that they don’t peel as much as they actually don’t have that much dead skin to get rid of!
