I love love love the facial cleaning oil. Melts in your hands and is warm on the face. Feels like a warm summer wash.

I can’t even give them a star. I placed a big order and never even received it. I sent them an email and their response was it was delivered. Never asked anything else. Yes it says delivered but it wasn’t delivered to me! I emailed them again and no response. I sent them two more emails, no response. This was my first time ordering with them and the response that I got from them pretty much telling me that I am a liar that I got the order is just apalling. They never offered any help to figure out what happened. I want my order or a refund, I think it’s a disgrace how I’ve been treated!

Amazing products for a fraction of the price!

I really love BP products - but I wish they would take a new approach to packaging. Their products have the most packaging of any other beauty brands I shop. But the japanfusion cleanser in particular keeps me coming back over and over.
