Excellent products! Customer service was excellent, shipping time was faster, packaging and everything in between.

I’ve been a Beauty Pie member for about 3 years and have discovered many products that I can’t ever be without (the lash serum, the foot mask, the lip liner, the setting powder, many more.) And at the member prices, I don’t feel like I’m overindulging myself—I’m just *regular* indulging myself!

Great Products & Customer Service All products I have ordered have been fantastic - and for a fraction of the cost from other stores. I had a question about which product to get for a particular skin concern, the service I received was outstanding!

Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback. I have been a customer for over 2 years and have always had a positive experience until my most recent one. I placed an order on May 9 to be sent to an address other than my default one because I was traveling. (I have the screen shot of that address being accepted and used by Beauty Pie.) I received notification from DHL that it had been "missent." I contacted DHL and was told that a new label had been generated for the address I had requested and sent. I received notification that It had been delivered on May 20. It had not. I contacted DHL again and was told that they had handed off delivery to the USPS and they were now in control of the package. I contacted USPS and was told that "delivery had been attempted." There was no indication, i.e. notice in the mailbox or on the door that this had been done. I was told that it had been returned to Beauty Pie. I tried the customer service number I got from the internet and just received a busy signal. My order totaled over $154. When I try to enter my account, I now see that my email and/or password is incorrect...the same ones I have been using for over two years. I am so disappointed that it is now May 28 and I have now idea how to resolve this issue. My money and products are both in your court at this polnt. I have full confidence that when you have this full understanding of the issue that it will be resolved. I believe in the reputation of your company. However, I wanted you to have this information because I would not want another loyal customer to have the frustration of my current experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The product I purchased caused an allergic reaction. When I went to return it, it was a very difficult process and they would not just give me a return label. I still have not received a return label. I would not recommend to a friend.
