Beautylish claims that shipping takes 3-5 business days and I usually get my packages within that time. This time, however, the delivery estimate in the order confirmation they sent me was 10-12 days after the order date (despite the item being in stock and being shipped on the first of the month) and when I messaged them I did not receive an explanation and they blamed the courier despite the fact that they (Beautylish) were the ones to give me the delivery estimate. The last time I ordered from them was about six months ago and apparently during that time they decided to stop sticking to the delivery commitment. I will not be ordering from them again. I have received packages from other countries faster than this.

Great service, fast delivery, lovely packaging...can't fault it

Very happy I ordered from beautylish on a wednesday ,and received it that friday!true two day shipping ,which was perfect . Also the packaging was seriously beautifully wrapped. I showed it to my husband even. I can count on beautylish for having products that are sometimes no longer carried ,or sold out at sephora . Also their split payment thing is very cool and sets them apart .Thank you !

I'm the type of person that will check my mailbox the second I order my makeup. One day after I ordered, I got my products. Packaging was great and definitely would recommend and buy from beautylish again

Absolutely appalled by my experience with beautylish. They never sent me what I ordered. Contacted them when they finally responded they told me they’d look into the matter. Almost a week later with no response I contacted them once again. They replied a day later and basically told me it wasn’t there problem that they never shipped me my order and to contact my bank. What kind of company is this?? I would highly recommend you to purchase from a different beauty store with integrity and accountability such as ultra or Sephora. Ive contacted my bank but I never should’ve had too. Now it will take a couple months to get a refund. I’m completely disgusted and I will make sure everyone is aware of what a horrible company this is.

I am blown away with how great of an experience shopping at beautylish is. I live in Canada and often when I order from the states, I pay a hefty shipping charge. Then I am stuck with a hefty duties bill once it crosses the border. For a $100 (cdn) order, I usually pay about 10 dollars in shipping, and 25 dollars in duties, and to boot, it usually takes 1-3 weeks. Not at beautylish! Free shipping over a certain amount, and you pay the duties ahead of time, which work out to be just about 15 dollars cdn for a 100 dollar order. That's a huge difference from other cosmetics sites I've shopped at. And the cherry on top is you get free expedited shipping over a certain amount. I made an order on a Friday and recieved it on Monday! I've never shopped from an American retailer and received something so quickly! Not only is their shipping process phenomenal for international customers, the care they put into your package is exceptional. The way they wrap your package is not only adorable, it's also very practical and you can rest assured your parcel is going to withstand most of the abuse that is inevitable during shipping. You also get a generous sample. My first order I received a 100ml of bioderma which I love, and my second I received a body wash and moisturizer packet that looks good for about 2 or 3 showers. I will try it out next time I travel. I would highly recommend beautylish especially to Canadians buying cosmetics that are not sold in Canada. 10/10 experience!
