Our records show that you contacted us via email at 9:15am Pacific Time on 4/7/23 and that we replied to your email that same day, at 11:31am Pacific Time, with our apologies and a request for a photo of the package to help us determine how the issue occurred. On 4/18/23, a Beauty Advisor assisted you with a request to return on several products on the order. We're sorry about your experience with the order and hope you will give us another chance!

Hi Jessica, thanks for your feedback! We see you are located in Portland, OR, which typically takes 2 business days for shipment delivery from our facility in San Francisco, CA via Fedex. Any Expedited shipping service we use at Beautylish typically arrives within 2 business days (unless any delays due to weather, shipping delays due to the carrier that are out of our control, etc). We see your most recent orders were delivered within 2 business days once picked up from our facility as well. We're sorry to hear the package was not as impeccably packed with your most recent order and will ensure your orders are extra packaged to ensure safety of your items going forward. Hi Deanna, thank you for your feedback! Our team worked hard to include a variety of products ranging from most loved items, best sellers and possibly some newly launched items as well within the Jeffree Star Surprise Bags. Of course, the bags are completely random and as a result we cannot guarantee that any one customer will be thrilled or dissatisfied, but our hope is always that our customers will love their Surprise Bags! If you aren’t keen on something you received or already own it, trading/gifting/sharing with friends or family is part of the fun! It's always a surprise of what you'll get. Sadly, we cannot accept returns for Surprise Bags as stated when placing your order but we do appreciate your feedback. Thanks again for taking the time to share with us your experience!
