I recently signed up for a notification for the release of a particular palette...What actually happened, which is amazing, is I got a text from a real human being asking if I wanted to purchase the palette early, since they had it!!!! I was shocked and we texted back and forth and I was able to purchase said palette before it released anywhere else, which is kind of fun! Anyhow, I say all this to illustrate the fact that their customer service is BEYOND AWESOME!!! And previously, when I've ordered from Beautylish, shipping has been impressively fast...Plus, they have the whole lay away type thing, which is great...I could go on! Beautylish is doing it right!!!
