They are amazing to me, every time I have an issue. My Jeffree Star mirror had a chip? Replaced, no charge. My Coola makeup setting spray opened itself and dumped in my bag all over everything? A genuine apology AND replaced, no charge. They have always responded to my emails in a timely manner, with a REAL human speaking to me. They package everything beautifully, and carefully. I've never had issues with something being damaged in shipment. Their flexpay is fair, and easy to manage. This is the only company I get my cosmetics from now, I gave up on Sephora and I was never a big fan of Ulta.

Wow. Shocking customer service. Charged my credit card, then cancelled the order as apparently my payment was declined. Upon sending banking proof they refused to send the order as they argued the payment was never received by them. Have had to contact my banking institution (who have very much guaranteed they did indeed successfully charge me card, with funds having left the account) to dispute the transaction and try to get my money refunded. This all being right before Xmas where I am now left short with presents purchased, due to crappy customer service and no help at all from the company. There are far better sites out there to get your products from, I’d avoid this site at all costs!

It was the very first time I placed an order at Beautylish and I couldn’t be more happy. At first I was a bit concerned because I’m not used to order something from a company located in the USA (I’m from Belgium) but wow what a quick service overseas! It was very reassuring that I could follow every step in the progress of the delivery. The order was wrapped with care, and I received a free sample. I’m very impressed and convinced !!!

The negative review is about the Beautylish service. I ordered a face powder, which I received in damaged condition. I immediately took pictures and emailed them to the company, asking about the process of rectifying the issue. They responded, sending me a shipping label to return the damaged powder (!) I understand this is the typical process but people need to be able to use their brain (if they have any). All I wanted was to have the face powder replaced with one that isn't damaged. Instead, I had to repackage the damaged product and then go out to find a fedex place where I could print the label and have the package shipped. Seriously??? Why did I have to spend time of my life for this? They didn't even bother to notify me once they had received the package back so I had to call them to find out. They refunded the money. That said, that's not what I wanted - I just wanted a non-damaged product. After that experience I won't buy from them again. It's too much hassle to deal with brainless people.

I never leave reviews but this is my 4th time ordering through beautylish and they never fail to amaze me!!!! Placed an order around 8am this morning and it has already shipped this same day!!! I did not pay for expedited shipping or anything! 100% impressed
