What the title says exactly. They are refusing to give return shipping reimbursement for products that came defective. I live in Canada so the return shipping cost is quite high. I am very disappointed in Beautylish for this. Nordstrom pays for my return shipping, Sephora pays for my return shipping, but not Beautylish.

Beautylish is one of only two options I know of that allow payments to buy pricier makeup, skincare products and accessories. I usually order around $100-$150 of skincare and/or the latest palettes or lippies, take the three months to pay it off then order again. Delivery is quick, always packaged really well and I love their presentation. I get a kick out of their shipping/delivery texts too. How excited am I? Heck ya!! 😃😍 I've returned a few items only because I just couldn't make them work for me but their return process is incredibly smooth and they'll help with all of it. They even helped when I was going thru my skincare routine overhaul. I finally settled on two products and since they're a little pricey for my everyday budget, being able to make payments is a game changer. I think the only thing I'd ask is that they carry more brands and products within brands. Other than that, I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love them!

Dear costumer service of Beautylish, The 3th mail have been send precisely on 23/09. Apparently Beautylish’s “costumer service” had not been aware of it as of today. So I have come to the conclusion that I should write a “review” at Trustpilot. In my dictionary, Costumer Service provides services to the costumer, the buyer of their services and at least adheres their e-mails, send to the therefore presented service e-mail. Tell me costumer service of Beautylish, if I have been waiting long or not; LTN94557011N1 , on the product: 15ZB-36SB ;the code in your database. I have been waiting since the day it was supposed to be arrived; 26/08. And if it’s planned to be delivered soon or not at all. I bought a Rikki mirror that stopped working and charging. I’ve written multiple times with no reply. I want a return for this mirror and a reply.
