Received my order and 4 items I was looking forward to the most were NOT in the box. Called customer service, they asked for photos. Sent photos, the box did not seem to be tampered with. CS stated they would do an investigation, decided they are sure items were delivered, and would not refund or replace! They are expensive items, so I am sure that is why they are accusing me of lying, I assure those items are NOT in my makeup collection! Do they not have cameras in their shipping department and I am pretty sure my package weight would have been different, had ALL items been present in the box! I should not be charged for items not received! I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Their customer service is just awesome! I really enjoy shopping with them. They ship fast and if you need to return anything they are happy to accept the product back even when it is your mistake. Great company!!

I've ordered twice now from this retailer and each time I have been blown away. When I purchased the Jeffree Star Magic Concealer from them on the release day (because his site crashed), I got mine SOONER than my sister who managed to buy directly from his site. Both times my purchases have come beautifully and immaculately packaged, like someone actually took the time to wrap everything carefully. They don't spam your inbox for weeks after a purchase either. I like that they also have their own sample photos for products, not just the stock from the original source. I feel like this gives a second opinion of a shade or texture. In my experience so far they are a very trusted and well-run beauty retailer!

I have ordered two of the Jeffree star cosmetics palettes now and both of them came super fast with free shipping! each of them came absolutely perfect and within 3 days of ordering! they also check back in with you and make sure you are happy with your purchase. best costumer service ever and has the best quality products. will for sure be getting more from here. I recommend highly!

I love how fast the international shipping is to Singapore. Nicely and neatly packaged as well. Products are rarely damaged during the shipment. Also love the simple but easy navigation for viewing of products and cart.

This is the first time we have used Beautylish. My fiancée ordered a surprise gift for me from Beautylish. After trying MULTIPUL websites and having all kinds of issues on each one he stumbled across Beautylish. They were very nice and helpful with processing his order for the JCS Alien Palette. Not only was it a great price but I received a sweet personalized note with it and a free gift and it arrived a day earlier than expected. SUPER pleased with Beautylish and we will be ordering from them again very soon!
