Scammy behavior and terrible communication
I placed an order 8/25 and received and receive my last update as of 8/29. Reached out to get an update via phone twice and no one answers. Sent an email and an AI assistant responds generically and says wait 24-48 hrs for someone to contact me. Never happened. Finally on WhatsApp I send a message and I THINK an actual person replies and says there was a stock issue and my order had to be canceled. Why and I having to reach out via WhatsApp to get this information and not being contacted by the company??? Terrible business practices and lazy customer service. Do not recommended

The price was competitive
The price was competitive. Discounted shipping and delivery need improvement. Stop outsourcing products from far-off countries like Turkey for delivery in Canada.

Everything went well
Everything went well. I got the exact product that I ordered. I was happy to find it through this vendor because I can't find this John Frieda rescue conditioner anywhere in the US. It took about maybe a little over a week and a half or two weeks to get it but I did expect that. It was well packaged and arrived intact and undamaged. Thank you.

I was looking for a supplement that I…
I was looking for a supplement that I bought from Istanbul and I found it at beauty care bag. I was very happy to be able to find it on there website and to have it shipped from Istanbul to me in Canada. The only thing is that it says that it ships free if the order $50 and over to Canada but it doesn't!!! YPS charged me $20 upon delivering it, which was very disappointing.
