A month, nothing shipped
I was excited to find specific hair care products I used abroad on this site. Yet, it has been almost a month, and I have not received them. There is a tracking number I got after emailing, stuck at "label created". My past emails were answered with one liners saying they will ship in a week (three rounds of it now). I randomly received one small item in the order today, with no notice - not sure what to maje of that. Waiting to hear back again, but this was a really annoying experience. Update: My order eventually showed up, in three separate boxes that didn't match my tracking number. I'm glad I got it.
