Thank you Salim, and you are right about the missing explanation. The wrong product was picked for your order. Rather than have you receive something you never ordered, we refunded you in full. What we should have done is write and tell you that, instead of letting a refund turn up with no note. Fair criticism, and we have taken it.

Hi Jaime, we're sorry - three weeks without shipment and no clear way to cancel is a real failure. If this is still unresolved, reply to your order confirmation email with "cancel" and we'll cancel and refund in full within 24-48 hours; if it already shipped in the meantime, we'll make the refund right regardless.
