Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Seller!! I wish I had read the other reviews before placing an order. Many people mentioned delays or not receiving their products at all — and in my case, I only received part of my order, after a long wait. I’m convinced I never would have gotten a refund if I hadn’t contacted my bank and opened a dispute. The items that did arrive were in poor condition: the packaging was clearly worn and damaged, and the products had labels entirely in Turkish. Since these were creams, and they were probably susceptible to improper storage, I didn’t feel safe using them, and I ended up throwing everything away. Please don’t waste your time or money on this seller. You can find the same products through reliable U.S. websites that ship quickly, safely, and with proper labeling and packaging.

I feel so blessed to have found this site. I have chronic sinus infections. The only thing that works for me is Vicks First Defence nasal spray. Unfortunately they stopped selling it in the United States years ago, so I'm constantly looking for sellers in the UK and Canada. Currently there is a seller on Amazon selling it for $34.95 per bottle. Well imagine my surprise to see it being offered for sale at $6 per bottle! The catch is you have to buy 50 bottles at $300 to get that price. I was really hesitant but decided to take the gamble. It's legit! I got 50 bottles of the same exact stuff in the UK and Canada, the only difference is it was manufactured in Turkey. Vicks has manufacturing plants in the UK, Germany and Turkey. I've never been to Turkey but I've been to Israel and was surprised how westernized Israel is. I'm thinking Turkey is just as industrialized as Israel (a lot of Europeans go to Turkey for vacation). Incidentally the expiration dates on the bottles is 08/26 and 01/27 so I have some time (I'm writing this on 09/25). My order arrived in 7 days. I live in Virginia and they were mailed from New Jersey. Now I'm debating taking a chance on one of their other "50 bottles" bulk offers. If I do I'll post a review for that too.

I placed an order for Rodeo brushes + Procapil spray. The order shipped from Turkey via FedEx International Priority, not Delaware as the site suggests. It arrived in about a week, all items correct and in good condition. That said, I believe this store does not hold U.S. stock, they source from Turkey after you order, which explains why some people get ‘sold out’ emails. For me, it worked, but it feels like a gamble. I would not reorder, but I can confirm I did receive my items. I placed the order 09/01/25, received it 09/08/2025.

Scammer alert: They never ship items and refuse to take responsibility.

Stay away from this website! It’s a scam ! I ordered an item, received several emails regarding they received my order, they prepaid my order and they finally mailed my order to my address. Then all of a sudden, after a day, they sent me another email saying they have cancelled my order due to low stock and would refund me in the form of point !! So I can use the points in the future on their website! Very disappointed, extremely poor customer service. Never will purchase from this website and never recommend it to anyone. Stay away !

Order placed and did not ship until three weeks later. when the product was finally received, it did not match the description. Try to obtain return label and they just ignored my request. Horrible communication and they never answer their phone, zero customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
