I had a cart full of tracks to buy on the Black friday sale recently, but the 30% off code being advertised on the website wasnt working for some reason, emailed customer support and waited. After a day or so I ended up just buying the tracks at full price, and a day later when Beatport customer service got back to me, I told them don't worry about it, I already paid for the tracks. Well, I got a response back saying that they will be refunding me for the 30% that I would have saved! That was a really nice gesture, one I wasnt expecting at all. Very happy with the service, thanks again!

Saw I was accidentally subscribed to beatsource under 2 accounts for months. Described the situation to the support team and they refunded and resolved my issue very quickly! Highly recommend and the streaming services while DJing are second to none!

un site d'une construction remarquable un peut de travail personnel et pour ce qui est de la recherche tout aussi bonne j'ai travaillé sur Spotify pendant 10ans j'attendait que rekordbox le prenne en charge et la solution ma été offert par beatport j'ai pu refaire et surtout améliorer et embellir tout mon travail avec beatport et je vous souhaite à tous la même expérience musicale que la mienne. dernier point non négligeables le suivis et le dépannage services rendus dans de brefs délais par des dj pro que je remercie toujours en ayant conscience du travail fournit simple moi je vous aime emmanuel

Beatport is a great platform for purchasing the newest releases in dance music that I enjoy Dj'ing. I have also had great customer service by customer service advisor Cory, in resolving an issue with an MP3 wave not displaying in my CDJ equipment! Highly recommended on all fronts!
