I purchased streaming a while ago then i tried to log in with same deatails i used an hour ago and it said login failed on my numark mixstream but i logged in on my iphone and no problem... the thing im getting lately is with all this is that they will take your money but when you have an issue its 48 hours later before help!!! Not acceptable...i will continue to buy from beatport as i love the genres but i wont be doing streaming anymore too much of a headache

Can only leave a 3 star. As the problem emanated from Beatport itself. Left a message via the Beatport support service and had an email back fairly promptly explaining the issue. (Pre-ordered track, never actually became available) The response from ‘Jess’ was prompt, detailed, and I was credited back for my purchase immediately. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Always hase some issues connecting to virtual dj. But customer service was great for any help regardless.

update: they refunded me. they certainly took their time though... original: Even though I cancelled my free trial, they still changed me!!! I am demanding a refund of £29.99. on top of that they also have music selections for the price! DONT BUY!!!

Recently subscribed to beatport and on the whole not really impressed. Firstly i subbed to a £14.99 per month sub and my first payment has come out at £17.99 which makes no sense. The app is reasonable but not great. Quite slow and clunky and pretty limited. The sound quality of the tracks seem to differ and finding a lot of tracks are not full mixes like they have being ripped from somewhere else. Haven't really used the website much but I've heard that also has it issues. I'm cancelling my subscription mainly because of the price im being charged and reached put to customer support and yet to hear anything.

We will get back to you soon, I had a reply from Traxsource within an hour, JunoDownload within a few hours and I´m still waiting for Beatport to answer. Slow support compared to their competitors. I´ll give it another 24 hours before rating them as a zero.

I have had issues with downloading music from Beatport and believe that their system would benefit hugely from an update. However, the customer service was very helpful and nice once I contacted them regarding my very frustrating problems with their website.

be careful as the default subscription is the most expensive one when you choose upgrading to pro(lost 25 bucs,didn t even use it,my bad i guess).I recently made a purchase and i got what i was supposed to,but would have preferred to have the option of .flac files as well instead of just .aiff and .wav and of course,the .75 $ per track cheaper mp3 which i don t like to use.
