Hi Ryan, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the gummies weren't for you and that the subscription felt like a trap. That is not how we want anyone to experience our introductory offer. For anyone reading, our subscription terms, including the recurring billing schedule and pricing, are displayed directly above the purchase button at checkout, before any order is placed. As a Shopify-powered store we are required to present this disclosure on every subscription order, and we take that obligation seriously. If your subscription is still active, we will close it for you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a member of our team will confirm and follow up with you. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

We would like to review the condition of that shipment and confirm that your subscription is closed. Hi Celeste, thank you for the detailed feedback. We're glad the blueberry and mango were a hit, and we're sorry the subscription management side let you down. For anyone reading, our subscription terms, including the recurring billing schedule, are displayed directly above the purchase button at checkout, before any order is placed, as required of Shopify-powered stores. Your point that managing a subscription should be just as clear, and should work from a phone, is well taken and has been shared with our team, along with your note about the chat. If anything remains open on your account, please email us at [email protected] and a member of our team will help. Positively, Bear Balanced Team
