Been using the Bear Balanced creatine gummies for about two months now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The blueberry flavor is tasty without being overly sweet, and it’s so much easier than mixing powder every day. I’ve noticed better strength gains, especially on squats and bench. I need them because they are 'gummies' and sold at a good price. Multi vitamins can certainly help and there is no reason to buy name brand vitamins in my opinion. Basic vitamins at a good price. They taste good too. Would recommend.

The taste is good, and they are very sour, like sour candy, which I guess comes from the the malic acid, which is also good for you. I don't work out, I take these for my general health, and I do feel like I have more energy after a few days of taking them.
