hidden extra charges—DONT BUY!
they don't tell you about the hidden extra charges and when you try to return the product they keep 40% of your money claiming its the "fee charged before processed the refund". and then when you try to contact them, they just GHOST YOU! absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
edit: and then they respond to your review pretending to justify their BS. awful awful company and experience and not worth the time or hassle to deal with them.

Thanks for the feedback, blunt as it is. Feeling that charges were hidden, and then getting no answer when you tried to reach us, would make anyone angry, and the silence in particular is something we're sorry for.
We can't comment on the specifics of a return or refund publicly, so we'll leave those aside. For clarity on how our billing works: subscription terms, including the recurring billing schedule, are displayed directly above the purchase button at checkout before any order is placed, and as a Shopify-powered store we are required to show that on every subscription order.
Anyone with an active subscription can pause, change, or cancel it themselves: the account icon next to the cart at the top of our site, signed in with the email or phone number from the order, is all it takes.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR PRODUCT.
Was happy to get my first order and I was excited to have a subscription. However, the second order never arrived and my account was charged over $200. I have contacted customer service, left messages on Facebook posts, contacted on dm, etc. NOTHING.
Update: over a year and 3 months later they responded to this review with some talk about how I don’t have to wait and can cancel my subscription easily online. (according to other reviews…that’s not simple but I didn’t it over a year ago.) no response as to if they plan to make it right in any way. I’m still out over $200 on an order that was never received.

Seems to be an honest taste only gripe is the sugar amount would prefer pure stivia or monk fruit sweetener and 0 sugars. N0 Erythritol please and thanks otherwise seems promising.
