Wouldn't recommend as they are quite dangerous hard to control when you are rotating the swivel. Not worth the money.

Their customer service and follow-up after the sale is horrible. EVERYTHING on their website is "on sale" for at least 30% off. Thus, making every sale "final" and non-returnable for refund or credit. My email and phone are blown up with multiple messages daily with their "sales". So, therefore, your business practice stinks. I will make sure all I know is aware of this.

Beachwaver refuses to accept a statutory cancellation as per Consumer Contracts (2013) regulation. I've made them aware of this multiple times, but as a business mainly working out of the US (albeit selling to the UK) they simply don't care. Stay well clear of this business if you want to deal with businesses who adhere to UK law only. As of 4th October 2023, this issue is not resolved, and despite making Beachwaver aware of their unlawful policy, no amendments have been made. The case has now been referred to Trading Standards as a first instance.

Quick and efficient on-line response to my subscription error (which was totally my fault to begin with). Sonia went above and beyond to help me fix my error.

I talked to Mary and she was so friendly and professional. I have not had that good of customer service in a long time. She was patient with me getting pics and very helpful. Very good company.

First I wanted to say I received my beachwaver and absolutely love it! Super quick and easy to use, and the curls are so pretty! Second, the customer service was amazing. I received my order and the heat spray nozzle came damaged. I sent an email with pictures around 9pm, and by noon the next day a new can was already sent out to me... Definitely wasn't expecting such a quick and easy process getting it replaced. Also the hair mask I ordered smells amazing! Very happy with everything and will definitely be ordering again for myself and for my girls for Christmas!
